This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through venticorex.com.
30-day return period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, and include the supplied parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Start a return
Email hefefei0819@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include the order number, product name, reason for return, and photos when relevant. If the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Returns sent without approval, sent to a different address, or sent cash-on-delivery may be refused.
Return shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, we pay the approved return or replacement shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind, preference, or accidental orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss or damage during return transit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Approved original shipping charges are refunded when the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible and within the 30-day return period. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.
Non-returnable items
Installed or used items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or an approved warranty claim.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us immediately to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. For a different product or option, the usual process is to return the eligible item and place a new order. Defective or incorrect items may be replaced directly after approval.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
