These Terms of Service govern access to venticorex.com and purchases made through the store. The store is operated by 深圳市能菲信息技术有限公司, with its business address at 深圳市宝安区福永街道福永社区福海大道22号401, China. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store use and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, billing, and delivery information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe products, options, dimensions, colors, images, features, and availability accurately. Display colors and appearance may vary by device and lighting. Product performance can vary with installation, daylight, weather, season, use, and maintenance. If a material product detail is incorrect, contact us so we can provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, discounts, taxes, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch and will give the customer the choice to confirm the corrected order or receive a cancellation and refund.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment failure, inventory error, delivery restriction, obvious pricing error, or legal compliance. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount collected for the cancelled items.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, tracking, DDP import treatment, and delayed or lost parcel procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible products also receive the limited warranty described on our Warranty page. These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The site design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

13. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
