What is covered

The warranty covers a verified defect in materials or workmanship that prevents the product from operating substantially as described when used and maintained according to the product instructions.

Available remedies

For an approved claim, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair where practical, a replacement product, or a refund. The appropriate remedy depends on the defect, product availability, order age, and applicable law. We cover approved shipping costs required for the chosen remedy.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or expected battery capacity reduction over time.
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair, or installation contrary to the supplied instructions.
• Performance changes caused by insufficient daylight, seasonal conditions, shade, dirt on a solar panel, severe weather, or use outside the product's stated environment or weather rating.
• Loss, theft, or damage caused after delivery by a customer, third party, animal, vehicle, or external event.

How to make a claim
