Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through venticorex.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently accept checkout delivery addresses outside the United States.

Shipping charges

  • Orders below USD 49: USD 5.99 standard shipping.
  • Orders of USD 49 or more: free standard shipping.

The qualifying subtotal and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed on business days. The estimated transit time for Standard Shipping is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption, and remote-area delivery can affect the estimate.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a product or checkout displays a different estimate, the estimate shown for that order controls.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Duties and import taxes

Standard United States orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We are responsible for applicable import duties and import taxes charged for those shipments. Customers should not be required to pay additional import duties at delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, do not pay it before contacting us with the order number and the carrier notice.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment, and additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant photos or carrier information. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution based on the circumstances.
